Our purpose is to support young women in achieving their highest potential by offering college scholarships and opportunities for personal growth that build leadership and confidence. Before you apply - To be eligible for any Distinguished Young Women scholarship, you must take part in a program in your local area. Participation may require attending rehearsals and appearing in an on-stage presentation, subject to local COVID-19 safety rules. - Contestants are required to compete in every category. Scores are weighted as follows: Scholastics 25%, Interview 25%, Talent 20%, Fitness 15%, Self-Expression 15%. How to apply Complete and submit the application form.
