NextGen Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by P.E.R.K. Consulting
Andrena Sawyer, the President of P.E.R.K. Consulting, during her college years, observed how deserving students often missed out on valuable opportunities due to the scarcity of resources for international students. This led to the establishment of the NextGen Scholarship Fund, a program designed to assist international students and non-citizens who come to the United States with the aspiration of pursuing higher education to improve their lives and those of their families. This scholarship program is local to Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia and annually awards one deserving high school senior or a current college student enrolled in a two or four-year college. To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must be international students or non-citizens enrolled in a US school and must have a minimum GPA of 3.0. All applications must be fully completed, as incomplete ones will not be considered. The applications are evaluated based on merit and financial need. Each Fall, one scholarship of $1,000 will be awarded.
