Limited to members or immediate family members of the Amarillo Bowling Association, the Amarillo Women’s Bowling Association, and the Amarillo Young Bowling Alliance. This scholarship does not use the AAF general application.

This scholarship was established by the Amarillo Bowling Association in memory of Jack L. and Marci McMicken for their love of, dedication and contributions to, and promotion of the sport of bowling.
Eligibility
- Applicant must be a graduating senior;
- Be a member or have an immediate family member of the Amarillo Bowling Association, Amarillo Women's Bowling Association or the Amarillo Young American Bowling Association;
- Demonstrate academic excellence, financial need, and good attendance; and
- Furnish recommendation from high school counselor or teacher.

Amount varies annually (typically at least $500/semester for up to two semesters)
Scholarship Requirements
Each semester's payment is contingent upon meeting the following:
- Recipient must attend college the fall semester immediately following selection;
- Maintain full-time student status (typically 12 credit hours/semester for undergraduate studies);
- Maintain a 2.5 or better cumulative GPA while in college; and
- Attend any accredited college/university and major in field of choice.
