Overview This merit-based scholarship is intended for graduating high school seniors who intend to enroll at Delaware State University.
Who is eligible
- Current high school seniors with an unweighted cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- A combined SAT score of at least 1000 (or the comparable ACT score).
- Plan to enroll as a full-time student at Delaware State University.
- Must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) before the application deadline.
Award details
- Covers full tuition, mandatory fees, on-campus housing, meal plan, and textbooks at Delaware State University.
- The scholarship may be renewed for up to three additional years (for a total of up to four years) provided the recipient maintains a cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- One recipient is selected each year.
How to apply
- Fill out the online application and include your list of activities.
- Submit your academic information to the Delaware Higher Education Office.
- File the FAFSA no later than February 27, 2026.
Deadline and important note All application materials must be received by 4:30 PM on February 27, 2026. Failure to meet this deadline will disqualify the application.
