Introduction The IISE Scholarships and Fellowships Program honors outstanding undergraduate and graduate students in industrial engineering for academic achievement and campus leadership. When selecting recipients, the scholarship trustees evaluate nominees’ academic record, character, leadership activities, and potential to contribute to the industrial engineering profession. Eligibility - Must be enrolled full time and be beyond first-year status (sophomore level or higher). - Expected graduation date of May 2027 or later. - Must be enrolled in an industrial engineering program accredited by an agency or organization recognized by IISE. Award - Awards are granted in U.S. dollars and may be worth up to $4,000. Application timeline and requirements - Nominations open Sept. 1. - Nominations must be submitted by Nov. 15. - Qualified nominees will be asked to submit a full application package due in February. The package includes: - Completed application form - Transcripts (unofficial copies are acceptable) - Three letters of recommendation (each no longer than one page) - Any additional materials specified in the application instructions - Winners are notified in March–April. - Recipients are encouraged to attend the IISE Annual Conference & Expo in May.
