United States JCI Senate Foundation Scholarships
Scholarship Sponsored by U.S. JCI Senate Foundation
Introduction
The United States JCI Senate Foundation is offering scholarship awards to graduating U.S. high school seniors who will continue their education. Awards of $1,500 or $2,000 will be granted to students matriculating at an accredited post-secondary college or university in the United States. Graduating seniors who plan to enroll in an accredited vocational, technical, or trade school program are eligible for $1,000 scholarships. The Foundation decides annually how many scholarships to grant; for 2026, fifty (50) scholarships will be awarded. All grants must be applied toward educational expenses for the first year of full-time study immediately following high school graduation. Scholarship checks will be written in the recipient’s name and paid directly to the educational institution the recipient selects.

- Applicant must be a U.S. citizen.
Application use and award details
- Scholarships are restricted to tuition and related educational expenses during the first year of full-time study immediately after high school graduation.

Application instructions
1. File format and printing: Prepare the application in a Microsoft Word–compatible format. The completed application must be typed and printed in black ink on single-sided paper.
2. Page labeling: On every page, neatly hand-print your name and the page number in ink at the top right corner. Start numbering with the checklist as page 1, the photo page as page 2, then continue sequentially through the rest of the application and attachments.
3. Order of attachments: Number any sealed envelopes (for example, reference letters or transcripts) to indicate where they belong in the packet; the scholarship chair will insert them in the correct order.
4. Assembly: Staple the entire application packet in the upper-left corner. All materials must be included in a single mailing.
5. Contact information: Provide an active, working e-mail address on the application.
6. Clarity: Applications are reviewed by evaluators outside your area. Do not use unexplained acronyms for organizations, awards, or events. If a name is not self-explanatory, add a brief description (for example: “Oak City REACH — community program to feed the homeless” or “J. Smith Award — Top Female Tennis Player”).
7. Submission method and deadline: Electronic submissions are not accepted. Paper applications must be postmarked and mailed by January 12, 2026.
