Studying at the University of Texas not only prepared Neal Davis academically, but gave him the opportunity to meet his mentor, Dick DeGuerin. His collegiate experience shaped the lawyer Neal would become. What better way to pay that forward than by creating a scholarship opportunity for others?
A) You must be a U.S. resident or resident alien who is registered at a U.S. college or university.
B) Essays must be unique (not submitted elsewhere) and written by the scholarship application signator.
C) All submissions should be in English.
D) Applicants must read, understand, sign and return to us the Neal Davis Law Scholarship Essay Contest Application & Rules along with your submission.
E) Only one submission per student will be considered.
How to Apply for Our Scholarship
A) Submit your application and essay by email by the deadline noted above.
B) Scholarship Selection Process
C) Judges will examine all entries received by the deadline above. Entries will be judged on argument presented as well as reader-friendliness for online audiences. The winner will be selected and notified up to 6 weeks after the submission deadline. One winner will be awarded the scholarship amount, and notable entries will also be published on the Neal Davis Law website.
