Introduction
GoodRx’s goal is to deliver the greatest healthcare savings for all Americans by offering accurate, dependable information about prescription drugs. We aim to empower patients to make smarter health decisions, and we recognize that pharmacists and pharmacy technicians play a central role in ensuring people receive the correct medications and guidance when they need it.
Purpose of the GoodRx Pharmacy Innovation Scholarship
The GoodRx Pharmacy Innovation Scholarship is designed to support the next generation of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who want to create meaningful change in their communities. We invite students training to become pharmacists or pharmacy technicians to examine current pharmacy workflows, services, and patient interactions and propose ways to make them better.
What we’re looking for
Students should submit bold, inventive concepts that enhance the pharmacy experience. Ideas may leverage emerging technologies or refine existing, traditional approaches — the key requirement is creativity and potential for real-world impact on patient care and pharmacy practice.
Awards
We will grant $1,000 each to the ten most innovative submissions. Awards will be distributed as follows:
- Five recipients who are current or recently graduated Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) students
- Five recipients who are current or recently certified pharmacy technician students
Eligibility (summary)
- Current or recently graduated Doctor of Pharmacy students are eligible for one category.
- Current or recently certified pharmacy technician students are eligible for the other category.
