Lime Connect Pathways Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by Lime Connect
Introduction
Lime Connect is dedicated to helping high school students with all types of disabilities realize their potential. In 2019 we launched the Pathways Scholarship for current high school seniors planning to attend a four-year college or university in the U.S. or Canada. Since the scholarship began we have awarded 45 students and have increased our annual giving each year. Multiple recipients are chosen each year; awards are merit-based, with financial need considered as part of the selection process.
Eligibility (2024 applicants)
To be eligible for the 2024 Pathways Scholarship you must:
- Have, or consider yourself to have, a visible or invisible disability*
- Be a current high school senior in the U.S. or Canada graduating in Spring or Summer 2024
- Be accepted to, or have applied and be awaiting admission to, a four-year college or university in the U.S. or Canada for the 2024–2025 academic year
- Plan to enroll full-time at that four-year institution in Fall 2024
Definition of disability
For this scholarship, a disability includes any long-term or recurring condition that affects one or more major life activities, including conditions that others may perceive as a disability. We recognize that roughly 90% of disabilities on campus are invisible, and we encourage applicants with any type of disability to apply.
