Tarrant County Mental Health Scholarships

Overview
Mental Health America of Greater Tarrant County (MHATC) awards scholarships to Tarrant County students who are preparing for careers in mental health and wellness. Scholarships are offered each semester (one scholarship* per semester). The program was created with support from the following memorial scholarships, which MHATC is proud to continue:
- The Lezlie Culver Memorial Scholarship
- The Patricia Pownder Connolly Memorial Scholarship
- The Lillian Cooper Droke Memorial Scholarship
- The Linda Lyons Memorial Scholarship

Introduction
The SWR Foundation’s primary goal is to provide academic scholarships to develop a skilled, educated workforce for the sealant, waterproofing, and restoration sectors. Students enrolled in accredited colleges, universities, community colleges, or trade schools are invited to apply. Applicants must demonstrate that their chosen degree or course of study is directly applicable to the sealant, waterproofing, or restoration industry. The SWR Institute relies on scholarship recipients to help meet industry staffing needs.
